A welcoming class that is open to all levels. You will learn the fundamentals of Tai Chi, Qi Gong and the internal arts, otherwise referred to as Nei Gong.
Nei Gong means internal work or internal skill and you will find it is really a quite different way of exercising the body, and mind, compared to most kinds of physical activity.
Instead of wearing yourself out as you might with intense running based sports, or gym work, Nei Gong will restore you. In fact this is the stuff you should do to recover from sports injuries or those types of muskuo-skeletal problems that are otherwise intractible.
You will learn how to go in deeply to the inner workings of your body, and discover the process of teasing out old habits and injuries that you may have been carrying around with you for some time.
The result of your efforts in this process, a comfortable body, a centred body, and an ability to calm the mind down to tune into your body at any time.
