Sahara Contempree

Sahara has been a Menstruality Apprentice since before her own menarche. She was so excited for her own blossoming into womanhood and could not understand society's disdain for periods and indifference to menarche and the menstrual cycle. Her adult life has been a journey of reclaiming, practising and sharing women's knowledge, wisdom and rites of passages.

Her passion and medicine is to support someone to “know thyself”. Self awareness coupled with cyclical awareness empowers choices to nourish and thrive.
