Join us for a morning of mindful movement, meditation, and journaling. 

Using the Wheel of Life as the basis for our spiritual and creative journey, we will integrate yoga, qi gong, Tai Chi, and Emotional Freedom Tapping. 

Our physical movements promote self-awareness, allowing us to become more connected with the body, while expanding mental awareness. Journaling helps us to express emotions and acknowledging how we are feeling in each pose. 

Noticing small nuances in our minds and bodies can lead to important changes in all areas of our lives —mental, emotional, spiritual, financial, and interpersonal.
