Strengthen Your Flow - Chair Yoga

This class will explore the fundamentals of Hatha yoga teaching students to move from pose to pose using a chair.  Flows will be practiced, thereby improving strength, endurance, and flexibility.  Resistance bands and chair or equivalents will be used.  Open-level.  Students with injuries or limitations should use discretion and modify poses accordingly.
