This fascial release session will target all of the muscles of the lower back, hips, glutes and deep pelvic floor to let go of tension in these areas and help alleviate lower back and hip pain. Using the Yoga Tune Up Therapy balls we will be rolling around to self treat and open up these areas.

Equipment required - Yoga Tune Up Original balls, yoga blocks and a mat. If you have the Yoga Tune Up Plus balls, Alpha Ball and Courgeous Ball, you will want to grab those too.
