This class will take you through the Stott Pilates version of the mat exercises that Joseph Pilates created and wrote about in his book 'Pilates Return to Life Through Contrology'. This is a fast paced workout that covers the exercises from essential to advanced. If you have never done these exercises before, try the Modified March Matness class first, and also work through the Essential, Intermediate and Advanced mat classes available here in this library.
