Using the TRX Suspension Trainer, we adapt exercises traditionally seen on the Pilates mat work, Reformer, Cadillac or Chair, and perform them on the TRX. This will challenge your balance, core strength and give you an amazing workout you will take you to Tremor Town!

You need a TRX trainer securely mounted to do this class.
