Fascial Facial
This is a wonderfully relaxing fascia session that focuses on rolling out the muscles on the neck, jar and face. This will have such positive effects on your nervous system, by stimulating your Vagus nerve, it will help to down regulate and bring you into a parasympathetic state, ready to head off for a nap. Use these techniques to relieve stress or help get rid of tension headaches. Props needed are a blue Merrithew ball, Yoga Tune Up Balls, and yoga blocks.
