Barre class uses the power of music to create a safe and fun workout that will increase strength, flexibility, stamina, endurance, and dynamic stability, taking elements from Pilates, yoga, strength training and dance. It truly is a program geared for everyone and no dance experience is required!

For this class you will need small hand weights (1-3 lbs.), if you don't have these you could use water bottles or soup cans. For the cool down/stretching will will use Theraband, but a yoga strap or belt will work as well.
