We do not issue refunds for non-tangible irrevocable goods ("digital products") once the order is confirmed and the product is added to the client acct.

Virtual + In-Club Services ( "Classes / Appointments / Programs" )

We do not issue refunds for live virtual + in-club services. Please be sure you fully understand the service, purchase option and Cancelation Policy, before purchase.

 

 

 

 

As a customer you are responsible for understanding, upon purchasing any item on our site, there is no obligation to provide a refund or credit in the following situations:

 

  • You change your mind about an item;
  • You bought an item by mistake;
  • You do not have sufficient expertise to use an item;
