About your Studio Membership

Can't make the Live Sweat Session workouts? The On-Demand Studio Membership is here to supplement your fitness journey! Perhaps you attended a live workout, loved the session and would like to have access to more content or you are a busy parent, entrepreneur, student, business owner etc... that requires specific accommodations to their schedules, this is our solution for you!

All the weekly live workouts are recorded, and you get unlimited access by signing up as a member on our On-Demand Access bundle which renews every month.

How does the Studio Membership work?

  • Sign up to the Studio Membership via this page.
  • This is a rolling subscription, you can cancel anytime.
  • You have unlimited access to the On-Demand videos for four weeks. As long as your membership is active, you will gain access to a new selection every month. 

How do I get access to videos after purchase?

Once your payment process is completed, you will receive a Thank you for your order message and a receipt in your email with a link  to the email you inputted when purchasing. The e-mail should be sent instantly under the following e-mail  address:  hello@insecurefitness.com. If you do not find it, be sure to check your junk mail, if you have done that and still cannot find the receipt, please send us an email at hello@insecurefitness.com and we'll help you out!

Classes are suitable for all levels, at all times (unless stated otherwise with modifications). Your Safety always comes first. If you experience any dizziness, headaches, vomiting and/or feel extremely light-headed, please STOP and ask for appropriate help (if needed).
