One of the things I am often asked is " What do I have to do for my body to look like yours?"
Society has convinced us that imperfections are no longer acceptable. Changes and processes of the body that are often normal are now breeding insecurities in so many of us. I started my platform in the summer of 2018 in a bid to help individuals build their self esteem in a society that pushes for perfection. My goal is to remind my community that, you do not have to be perfect to start taking care of your health and body. My question to you is: what are you insecure about and what's your plan to overcome?
You may be wondering, what can I do for you?
I am here to remind you that, imperfections are human. Beyond my love for fitness and food, I am a woman with real challenges, obstacles and solutions (sometimes). My commitment is to bring you the better version of myself as I constantly learn, unlearn and relearn. Your journey with Insecure Fitness may be frustrating, painful and imperfect at times. But I guarantee you that (scout's honor), it will also be fulfilling, gratifying and transformative. By choosing me, you will have a trainer, motivator & friend all in one every step of the way.
