If you are a beginner or are new to working out with a supsension trainer, this program is for you. Suspension Trainers is are so versatile and you can take them anywhere. You can do this workout at home, at the gym, or even outside. This program will only take 35 minutes!
Equipment required:
All you need is a suspension trainer like a TRX or Lifeline Jungle Gym Straps!
Time to Complete:
This program will take 35 minutes from start to finish.
Note:
The advantage of this program is it can literally be done anywhere. Home, the gym, or outside. You just need to have a place to hook your suspension strap. It even works in a hotel. You can throw it on one side of the door and shut it, but make sure the door is strong!
