Equipment required: 

All you need is a barbell, bumper plates, and a surface to deadlift from.

Time to Complete:

This program will take 13 to 30 minutes depending upon which reps you do.  

Note: 

The first set of 5 is  your warm-up.  Just pick a weight and go.  

Beginner target reps: 5,10,15,5

Novice Target reps: 5,10,15,15,10,5

Advanced: 1x5 x15
