Program Goal:
Strength-Muscle Gain-Fat Loss
Want to try the
hardest workout ever? All you need is a barbell, plates and a kettlebell
(or a dumbell for swings). You might need a bucket to puke in.
Equipment required:
You
will need a barbell with plates and either a kettlebell or a dumbell for
swings.
Time to Complete:
This
program will take 22 to 40 minutes depending upon how many sets and reps you
do. This is VERY FAST considering you will be doing 18 to 30 sets.
5 rounds is EXTREMELY challenging.
Note:
This
program can be done fast, and in a small space. Ideal number of
sets is 4. 5 is killer! Reps change each workout. Rest is indicated
at 2 to 4 minutes, but you may need 5 to 6. This workout is no
joke.
