Program Goal: Strength-Muscle Gain-Fat Loss

If you're limited on time and equipment, but need your upper body looking swol, this program is for you!  All you need is a pair of dumbells (no bench necessary).  This may be the HARDEST upper-body program you do!

 

Equipment required: 

You need a pair of dumbbells that will be challenging for 6 reps of bicep curls. Use the same weight for every exercise.  A flat bench is optional.  

Time to Complete:

This program will take 25 to 35 minutes depending upon how many sets and reps you do.  This is VERY FAST considering you will be doing 18 to 30 sets.


Note: 


This program can be done fast and in a small space.  On day 1, choose a dumbbell that will be challenging for 6 reps for bicep curls. On day 2, choose a weight that will be challenging for 5 reps for curls.  On day 3, choose a weight that will be challenging for 4 reps. Repeat for days 4-6. An ideal number of sets is 4. 5 is killer!  Reps change each workout. Keep the rest short between movements and about 1 minute between rounds
