Program Goal: Strength-Endurance & Conditioning

If your short on time, but big on results, this program is for you!  Pump your heart, and pump your muscles.  This program is amazing for vacation as this will give you a total body pump for the beach in just 20 minutes!   

Equipment required: 

You need a pair of dumbells that will challenge you for 25 reps. Use the same weight for every exercise.  You will also need a flat bench.  If one is not available you can do floor presses and leg raises from the floor.

Time to Complete:

This program will take 20 to 40 minutes depending upon how many sets and reps you do.

Note: 

The advantage of this program is it can be done in a very small space so it works great in very busy gyms.  This workout was born on a very busy cruise ship exercise room.  Since it was so busy, we needed a circuit we could do all in one area.  Since it was vacation, we needed to get in and out.  You can do this program every day for up to 5 days as long as you switch the reps daily from 25, to 20, to 15.  3 to 5 sets can be performed, but the sweet spot is 4 sets each.  Keep the rest short between exercises, and 1 minute between rounds.
