IN-HOME / HOTEL ROOM WORKOUT TB1

Program Goal: Strength-Endurance & Conditioning

Want a fast, effective total body workout at home or in your hotel room?  This program is your answer.  All you need is a chair which you will have at home or in your hotel room!  This program will blast your upper body, lower body, and core in 20 minutes!  

Equipment required: 

Ideally you need a chair for the bulgarian split squats and perhaps push-ups.  However it can also be done without a chair. 

Time to Complete:

This program will take 20 to 40 minutes depending upon how many sets and reps you do.

Note: 

Start with 3 sets of 12 reps, but you can work up to 4 sets of 20 reps.  Rest 10 to 20 seconds between exercises, and 1 to 2 minutes after completing the circuit.
