HPT TABATA JUMP CIRCUIT

Program Goal: Power-Endurance-Conditioning

Want to jump higher while getting in the better shape?  HPT Tabata Jump Circuit is your answer!  Work up to a full 8 minutes of this Tabata and you will have world class conditioning!


Equipment Required:

First a good surface to jump on.  You will need a mini hurdle.  A russian plyo box is needed for the lateral russian hops OTHERWHISE YOU CAN SUBSTITUTE LATERAL SKATER BOUNDS.  Marking a distance to jump across with a jump rope or two markers will help you jump more powerfully on the skater hops, otherwise you may get lazy!


Time to Complete:

This Program will Take 4 to 20 minutes depending upon how many sets and how much rest between sets is taken.


Note:

Goal is 20 seconds on 10 seconds off.  That is one round.  You can take 1 minute between rounds, but the goal is to work towards only 10 seconds between rounds.  Beginner: 4 sets: Intermediate: 8 sets: Advanced is 12 sets: World Class is 16 sets (in 8 minutes)
