Program Goal: Power-Endurance & Conditioning
Want explosive legs
that never get tired. Super Legs Circuit 2 is your answer. If you
can get 6 quality sets in less than 80 seconds per set, no one can stop
you.
Equipment required:
No equipment required
other than a surface you can safely jump on. Marking a distance to jump
across with a jump rope or two markers will help you jump more powerfully on
the skater hops, otherwise you may get lazy!
Time to complete:
This program will
take 10 to 20 mintues depending upon how much rest you take between sets.
Note:
Goal is to work up to
6 sets. Rest is a 1:1 work to rest ratio meaning, if the circuit takes w
minutes, rest 2 minutes. Optimal time is 80 seconds. However, don't
sacrifice quality just for getting through the circuit quickly.
